Symptoms
In EBS When concurrent program is submitted with email delivery option the java mail debug messages are getting captured in OPP manager log file.Due to this the OPP manager log file size is increasing that affected OPP performance.
Below is the Java mail debug message in OPP manager log file
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Connect to EBS application.
2.Navigate to submit request form from System Administrator responsibility
3.Submit CP Java Regression Test program
4.Select delivery option and enter details in Email tab
5.Submit the program and verify OPP manager log file.
