Symptoms
While applying Oracle Discrete Manufacturing Command Center Patch 33858706:R12.WIP.C, we got below error.
PL/SQL ERROR 907 at line 0, column 0
cannot load library unit APPS.WIP_CONSTANTS (referenced by APPS.WIP_OSP)
Failed to generate library.
FRM-30312: Failed to compile the library.
