User getting below error on quick pay window at the bottom while running quick pay for an employee

FRM-40735:ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01722




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to HRMS Manager -> Enter and Maintain

2. Query for the errored employee -> save quick pay run

3. Could see above error at the bottom of the form
