Isupport Does Not Honor Client Timezone When Displaying Times In User Interface (Doc ID 2891193.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In isupport, all the times are shown as per user preferences (Client Timezone). However, when user tries to view the notes, it shows time in Server Timezone.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Isupport notes View page honors user preferences (Client Timezone)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Isupport responsibility
3. Open Service Request
4.Open View Action Notes:
Time is shown as per Server timezone . It doesn’t honor preferences.
