EBS: Receiving Output EMails In Non Readable Format When Mailid Entered Via 'Delivery Options' (Doc ID 2891255.1)

Symptoms

 The emails to the mail box(mail id entered in(Delivery Opts-->Email Tab-->enter mail id in 'To' field) are being received in a non readable format, which otherwise should be in readable PDF format.

Steps

  1. Login to EBS
  2. Submit any PDF output concurrent request with delivery options email option
