Change Request Creation, The "Owner" Field Is Defaulted In With The End-Dated Project Manager (Doc ID 2891348.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.10:

When creating a change request for a project, the "Owner" field is defaulted to a project manager who is end dated.

Steps

=====

1. In the Projects form:

<Project #1> has key members defined as below:

Employee Name     Role                    From              To
<Employee #1>     Project Manager    01-JAN-2015   31-DEC-2020
<Employee #2>     Project Manager    01-JAN-2021   null

2. On SSWA:

A. Open <Project #1>

B. Go to Control >> Change Requests
Select Create "Project Change Request" and click GO

C. In the "Create Change Request: Project Change Request" page:
See that "Owner" field is defaulted in with Employee #1 who is end-dated.
