GINV: ECC - Create Agreement Functionality on Order Erroring Out

When trying to create a new agreement from an order, we are receiving an error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Project Super User --> ECC
2. Projects Command Center --> Header (Orders)
3. Click Checkbox on Order --> Click the button - Create Agreement

The functionality for creating a new agreement does not work.
