On : 12.2.10 version, Asset Definition
When attempting to select asset activity on work order in Java EAM form
the following error occurs.

"FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EAM
2. Navigate to WO form
3. Enter asset Activity before Asset Number,form locks
4.Aforementioned error appears
