On : 12.2.11 version, Upgrade related issues
While installing R12.2.11 Upgrade patch-31856789 the following error occurs during QPXPURGE form compilation

ORA-04063: view "APPS.QP_ARCH_SECU_LIST_HDRS_VL" has errors
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the patch 31856789
2. Observe QPXPURGE form compilation error in adworker Log
3. Compile the form "QPXPURGE" explicitly
4. It shows the above error
