Unable to see data in PJM_TASK_WIP_ACCT_CLASSES table (Doc ID 2892633.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, SUPPORT

When attempting to verify records in the PJM_TASK_WIP_ACCT_CLASSES table as compared to the PROJECT PARAMETERS screen - - Default WIP classes column
the following error occurs.

No records found in the PJM_TASK_WIP_ACCT_CLASSES table
Run sql query as below:

select * from PJM_TASK_WIP_ACCT_CLASSES

No data found

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trying to reconcile entries found in the PROJECT PARAMETERS screen against the PJM_TASK_WIP_ACCT_CLASSES table.
    The data  was not showing in PJM base table while trying to retrieve the records from below query, even though
    there many projects for which they have associated organizations.

    select * from PJM_TASK_WIP_ACCT_CLASSES
