When attempting to submit Interface Trip Stop (ITS) for a delivery , the request completes with warning and the log file shows the following error

API Handle_Tolerances failed with an unexpected error
The unexpected error is User-Defined Exception
UNEXPECTED ERROR IN Handle_Tolerances
Unexpected error has occurred. Oracle error message is User-Defined Exception

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will , for the above Delivery , with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Shipping > Interfaces > Run
3. Select Interface Trip Stop - SRS and submit this.
4. Find that Interface Trip Stop - SRS completes with warning and above error can be seen in log file.
