(Doc ID 2892803.1)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 20, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Human Resources - Version 12.2.4 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Actual Behavior:
Collective Agreement Process runs for longer than expected.
Customer observed scanning results - and saw several million row scans occurring after the person selection rule,
when the intent of the person selection rule is to limit the scans occurring in the remainder of the process.
So there is something inefficient still about the process as it is currently.
Expected Behavior:
Collective Agreement should finish within a reasonable amount of time.
Steps to Recreate:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: US Super HRMS Manager responsibility:
2. Go to Processes and Reports > Submit Single Process > Collective Agreement.
3. Submit with Single Entitlement processing level.
Process takes over 4 hours to complete even for a small entitlement.
