Change Request Can Be Submitted Even Though ASN Has Been Received (Doc ID 2892906.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Change Request that reduce order quentity can be submitted even though ASN has been already received.

Expected Behavior
Change Request that reduce order quentity cannot be submitted when ASN has been received.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login iSupplier Portal as supplier user and Create ASN for PO.
  2. Login apps as buyer and Execute Receiving Transaction Processor.
  3. Login iSupplier Portal as supplier user and search PO and select change request menu. And change quantity from 3 to 2.
  4. Click Submit button.
  5. Error occurs; -- This is expected error;
    "Ordered quantity on the split shipment line cannot exceed 3 because there is a pending ASN quantity of 3 on Shipment number 1 of Line 2. (QTY=3)"
    Keep this window open and do not close it.
  6. Login apps as buyer and do receipt for ASN.
  7. On iSupplier Portal window from Step4, click Submit button. Then it can be submitted without any error but PO quantity remains 3.

    If window of step4 is closed once and create a new change request to reduce the quantity, the following error occurs.
    "Row1 quantity Ordered - Shipment Quantity on Line1 and shipment1 can not be less than quantity already Received, Original Quantity:3 New Quantity;2"
