Dependent Variables s_endUserMonitoringURL,s_external_url, s_login_page - updated only on one Node for multi-node architecture with a shared file system (Doc ID 2893259.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 31, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Applications DBA - Version 12.2.9 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

After implementing a multi-node architecture with a shared file system.

configuring AutoConfig variables based on "Using Load-Balancers with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1375686.1)" for using a load balancer.

There are 4 nodes.

The behavior of OAM for editing is different for nodes 1-3 and 4.

Explicitly changing the following values: s_active_webport, s_webentrydomain & s_webentryhost.

For node 4, OAM suggests propagating the changes to these variables to the dependent variables:
s_endUserMonitoringURL
s_external_url
s_login_page

For the other nodes OAM seemed to ignore the dependency.

How can this be fixed ?
