Symptoms

When an adjustment is created, the amount is split unexpectedly into tax and other amounts as reflected in the invoice.

Examples of this are shown below:

SCENARIO 1 -> When consulting U.S. Sales Tax Report

   Responsibility:   Tax Managers
   Navigation:       Go to View -> Requests

  1. Click on Submit New Request -> U.S. Sales Tax Report
  2. In the section where invoices are listed, there is a line
    where Adjustment Number has value, and part of the adjustment
    affects the "Invoice Line" column, and another part the
    "Tax" column.

SCENARIO 2 -> When consulting Invoice Details

   Responsibility:   Receivables Manager
   Navigation:       Transactions -> Transactions

  1. Any invoice is queried,
  2. Click in details,
  3. In the Adjustment line, the adjustment amount is divided into
    smaller amounts shown in different columns.
