Unable to Query a Particular Account Number on the Customer Form (Doc ID 2893469.1)

Symptoms


Account does not appear when querying account number in Customers Form.
However, customer can be queried using Transactions Workbench.

Navigation
1. Responsibility: Receivables
    Navigation: Customers> Customers
2. Query account XYZ
