Is It Possible to Create a "New Round" for iSupplier Assessment of Type - Audit?

Steps to Replicate:

1. Navigate to "Supplier Management Administrator" responsibility
2. Click on Assessment and query any Assessment which is closed and of Assessment Type --> Audit
3. Click on the hyperlink under the Assessment #
4. On the actions --> "Create new Round" is missing
