Cannot View Output Produced by the Output Post Processor (OPP) After a Clone (Doc ID 2893584.1)

Symptoms

Created a clone and copied all the out and log files. Then updated the FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS table with the new node name(s).
Users find that they can't view old output if is was published by Output Post Processing.

The issue only happens with out files copied from the source to the target.
Users can see .out and .log files but they cannot see anything with an .HTML, .XLS or .PDF extension.

Changes

 Created a clone of another instance.
