ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Have applied patch 34074087:R12.XLA.C to address performance with Validate Application Accounting Definitions (XLAABACR) Program.
Find that the performance is not improved. It takes over 20 minutes.
Business requires better performance when running the Validate Accounting Definitions Program.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Go to Requests and Submit the 'Validate Application Accounting Definitions' concurrent request.
