In Oracle iProcurement, during non catalog request creation, after selecting the Item Type, attempting to search a
contract in the contract number LOV, no results are found. This issue is also observed when creating Smart Forms.
User expect to find available contracts in the 'Contract Number' LOV when creating non-catalog request or smart form.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to iProcurement Home Page
2. Open the Non-Catalog Request Page
3. Select Item Type ("What do you need to request ?)
4. Open "Contract Number" LOV in "Find your supplier" section
5. Search for Contract Numbers and no records are returned.
