Accounting Program Error: The Following Events Are Present In The Line Extract But MISSING In The Header Extract (Doc ID 2893969.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Create Accounting Cost Management Program the following error occurs.

ERROR

An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00707_AAD_C_011126_PKG.EventClass_345. ORA-01403: no data found

EVENT CLASS CODE = LOG_INTERCOMPANY

The following events are present in the line extract but MISSING in the header extract:

Event_id = 123456

 

           STEPS

         ==========

  1. Log in using a Cost Management SLA Responsibility
  2. View>Requests>Run Create Accounting Cost Management Program
  3. Observe that Accounting Program (child request of Cost Managements) ends in error.
