BI Publisher Report Displays Partial Chart Values (Doc ID 2894194.1)

Symptoms

On : Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.1.4.0 version.

Post upgrade of BI Publisher 11g to 12c, following chart behavior has been observed.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
All the numbers are not displayed in the chart.  Only partial values are displayed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
All the numbers should be displayed in a chart.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Include the horizontal charts in a report.
2. Execute the report and see that the charts are rendered properly.
3. Upgrade BI Publisher to 12.2.1.4.0. Above mentioned issue occurs when the report is executed.
