Symptoms

When attempting to Update Enrollment status, the following error occurs on Update Enrollment page:

ORA-20002: 3825: Error '-20001 - ORA-20001: APP-FND-01934:
ORA-20001: Approval engine for the transaction type oracle.apps.ota.enr.massupd has failed with following error:
ORA-01403: no data found. Change the approval setup and retry. in Package EDR_PSIG_RULE Procedure PSIG_RULE' encountered during execution of Rule function 'EDR_PSIG_RULE.PSIG_RULE' for event 'oracle.apps.ota.enr.massupd' with key 'xxxxxxx'.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Oracle Learning Management Administrator responsibility.

2. Navigate to Catalog Administration.

3. Search for Course > Offering > Class > Query Enrollments.

4. Select a learner and click on Update Enrollments option.

5. Change Enrollment status and apply.

6. Get error.
