API Issue - P_ADJ_ON_STD_INV is not Gettting Updated Using PA_PROJECT_PUB.UPDATE_TASK (Doc ID 2894342.1)

Symptoms

When using pa_project_pub.update_task to update pa_tasks.adj_on_Std_inv, the API is executed successfully but pa_tasks.adj_on_Std_inv on the table never gets updated.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Execute the below statement: adj_on_std_inv is not updated.
