Symptoms

Cash Manager Loader Program "Run SQL*Loader- SWIFT940" is taking Time to complete.

Concurrent program "Run SQL*Loader- SWIFT940" performance degraded after upgrade to Applications Release 12.2.10 on 19c (19.11.0.0.0) database.

On the pre-upgrade environment (Applications Release 12.1.3 on 12C RDBMS) the concurrent program finished in 2/3 seconds.  Now, on the post-upgrade environment (Applications Release 12.2.10 on 19C RDBMS) the same concurrent program finishes in 3/5 minutes.  The performance degraded, from seconds to minutes.  The similar order of execution time (seconds) is expected in on Applications Release 12.2.10 on 19c database.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle Applications using Cash Management responsibility.
  2. Open the Standard Request Submission (SRS) screen.
