ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales Order Cancelled but Header Workflow Stuck in Error
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Order Cancelled and Workflows Cleared.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will but below are steps :
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Orders, Returns
4. Open the Sales Order Form.
5. Query the Order Reported
6. Order Shows as Cancelled but the Workflow is stuck
