R12: XTR: Loan Decrease Transactions Being Skipped And With Wrong Calculations (Doc ID 2894605.1)

Loan decrease transactions being skipped and with wrong calculations

Loan transactions for some of the periods is skipped and associated interest and principal amount calculated for given period is wrong.

Resulting other scheduled payment transactions are also calculated wrong.  As these loan are booked for long term, this will result in wrong calculation for future life cycle of the loan transaction.

For most of these Deals, the "Wholesale Term Money" screen does not show the expected transactions.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into Oracle Applications using an Oracle Treasury custom responsibility.
2. Open the "Wholesale Term Money" screen
   (N) Money Market Transactions > Wholesale Term Money
3. Query by Deal Number (Deal with the issue)
4. Click on [Transaction Details]  
   
   You may NOT find expected Transaction
     
5. Scroll down to a row with the issue.

Changes

 Customer created custom Treasury responsibility associated to custom DB Schema.
