Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run the API (pay_retro_status_load.update_reprocess_date) to update the reprocess date, the following error occurs.

Error at line 10
ORA-20001: PAY_34288_RET_ASG_DAT_ERR:
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_RETRO_STATUS_INTERNAL", line 2366
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_RETRO_STATUS_LOAD", line 1038
ORA-06512: at line 4

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as HRMS Manager responsibility.

  2.  Run "Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF" to pick up the retrospective changes.

    e.g.
    Assignment Number: 12345
    Reprocess Date: 1/Dec/2021
     
  3.  Execute API to update the reprocess date for the assignment picked up by "Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF" in step 2 above.
