Symptoms
When trying to apply chargeback on an Invoice, using the Receipt application form the following error occurs.

ORA-01403: no data found
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Receivables Manager
2. Receipts > Receipts
3. Query Receipt > Apply
4. Select the desired Invoice > Click Chargeback
5. Enter details and Save
