Selecting Order Hyperlink From Multiple Popups In Requisition Always Defaults To The First Order (Doc ID 2895039.1)

There is a new feature in iProcurement where users get a list of orders if one requisition is attached to many
orders by clicking in the "Multiple" link in the orders section. Once users select an order from that pop up list, it always
shows the first order details from the list and not the corresponding order.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement responsibility
2. Navigate Requisition Tab
3. Identify a requisition that is associated to multiple Purchase Orders.
4. Click on the Multiple link in the Orders column that shows a pop of orders associated why are hyperlinked too.
5. Clicking on any order hyperlink in this popup always opens up the First order.

Changes

 After upgrading to 12.2.10.
