Error while searching items on onhand or move order creation form though item is active - error: "Value XXX has been disabled"

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Move order form (Navigation: Inventory -> Transactions -> Move Order)
2. Create move order
3. Enter item details
4. See the error.
