Projects Transactions Transferred to XLA/SLA, But Did Not Transfer to GL (Doc ID 2895356.1)

Symptoms

Projects Transactions were transferred to XLA/SLA via PRC: Create Accounting, but did not transfer to GL.

Ran the PRC: Transfer Journal Entries to GL for Miscellaneous Cost, but did not transfer the records to GL.

 

Replication Steps:

1. > Projects responsibility > Other > Requests > Run.  Click the Submit a New Request button.

2. In the Submit Request screen, choose the PRC: Create Accounting process.  Enter the Process Category = Miscellaneous Cost.

3. Checked the xla_events table and it shows the problem event_id with EVENT_STATUS_CODE = P (Processed) and PROCESS_STATUS_CODE = P (Processed).

xla_ae_headers table shows ae_header_id with GL_TRANSFER_STATUS_CODE = N.  The Miscellaneous Cost did not transfer to the GL tables.

Ran the PRC: Transfer Journal Entries to GL for Miscellaneous Cost, but did not transfer the records to GL.
