On : 5.1 version, Trading Partner Admin UI

Unable to do Test connection from Oracle business network to Oracle ERP

Created Communication Connection with Delivery Method as Oracle XML Transport Agent but unable to do test connection with the test URL and gives the error

The ERP server is not exposed to internet.

Test Connectivity Failed!
Reason: Unexpected error occurred. OBN is unable to connect to the URL. Please check the spelling of the URL or check whether your server is down or check your network settings/firewall rules
Additional Technical Error Details - Stack Trace
java.io.IOException: Unable to tunnel through proxy. Proxy returns "HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found" at sun.net.www.pro.....

Also the following error could be seen in OBN Monitor:
