“Completion Comments” Not Displayed in Module Maintenance App (Doc ID 2895568.1)

Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Once EAM work order has been created and completed in Mobile App in Online mode and the Completion Comments were entered, this data never were displayed into the “Completion Comments” from Express Work Orders EBS Page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Completion Comments should be displayed in the Express Work Orders page.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Maintenance Mobile App.
2. Query work order to be completed.
3. Once the work order has been created and completed in Mobile App in Online mode and the Completion Comments were entered, this data never were displayed into the “Completion Comments” from Express Work Orders EBS Page.
