After an Upgrade to 12.2.10 ETEXT Outputs Are Displaying in XML Instead of EText (Doc ID 2895581.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10, when viewing concurrent request job that produced an eText output, it is not rendered properly.
The browser is used instead of a Text editor.
EText is text output for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) transactions and not for user viewing.

Changes

 Upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10.
