Symptoms

Concurrent Request Set Delivery Options Email settings disappears when navigating between the programs from a request set.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit > New > Request set

Request Set: Request Set Having 4 programs
Program 1:
Click on Delivery Opts
Click on the Email tab
Enter the To email address > click OK

Program 2:
Click on Delivery Opts
Click on the Email tab
Enter the To email address > click OK


2. Go back to Program 1
Click on Delivery Options
Click Cancel to get out of the Delivery Options form of Program 1, and select Program 2, and click on its “Delivery Opt” > notice that all the delivery option values had disappeared
