ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When there is partial quantity available for the item schedule order concurrent program does auto split the line and line status of split line changes to
awaiting_shipping in spite of scheduling failure

From Log file we see ERROR
FROM MRP: 53 SCHEDULING FAILED But workflow shows Schedule activity complete
and lines status moves to awaiting_shipping ,shipping_interfaced = Yes



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected that if scheduling fails then the Sales order line status remain in Booked status instead of progressing to awaiting shipping



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. OM Super User Responsibility
2. Sales Order > Open Sales order form

3.Enter and book order
