Symptoms

An Item/Part under a LPN is struck In pending transactions and user is unable to move the material via. desktop or Mobile applications. When User tries to perform Drop, following error is displayed:

ERROR
Pick Drop Failed |Staging Move Failed because LPN has been shipped

STEPS
1. Login to Mobile Telnet
2. Warehouse Management -> Inbound -> Query for the LPN and try dropping the LPN
3. Following error is displayed: Pick Drop Failed |Staging Move Failed because LPN has been shipped
