Symptoms

We are experiencing the following error when running the Cost Import Process:

ERROR

CICD/CICDI table insert_cic_cicd(35),-1427,ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Costing > Cost Import Process
2. Error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete cost import and resources are being wasted trying to track down some solution.
