Symptoms
--ISSUE DESCRIPTION--
After upgrading from 12.2.5 to 12.2.11 the WIP Transactions are not printing the Wip Content labels for the WIP Pick Load and WIP Pick Drop business flows.
--STEPS TO REPRODUCE--
1. Go to MSCA GUI and navigate to Component Pick page
2. Query an open job
3. Enter the data in the page and submit
4. See no label request generated
--BUSINESS IMPACT--
Due to this issue, users in the warehouse cannot properly identify the parts to move to each shop floor causing a big impact delaying operations.
