Symptoms

User cannot move this entire LPN when performing Move any LPN.

Cannot move this entire LPN | Put away rule fails to find destination locator that meets the rules restrictions

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Telnet (MSCA) > Whse Management > Tasks > Directed tasks > Move any LPN
2. Enter LPN > Confirm details > See message
