Goal
Customer question regarding 2020 ATO tax scale changes:
"We have identified that there were Australian Tax Scale changes made effective the 9-Nov-2020 when we check the ATO web site for those changes it states that they are effective for any payments from 13-Oct-2020. We need confirmation of why the Oracle changes were made effective for a date which varies from the ATO advice.
Why is the effective date showing 9-NOV-2020 and not 13-OCT-2020?"
