Compilation Errors On Library OKCADDEF When Applying Patches (Doc ID 2896767.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to apply a patch (i.e. 34398072:R12.OKS.C or 35248656:R12.OKL.C)
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au resource OKCADRTE.pll
au resource OKCEXEXC.pll
au resource OKCEXPOR.pll
au resource OKCKSRCH.pll

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.

Compiling library OKCADRTE...
Invalidating Package Spec OKCADDEF......
Invalidating Package Body OKCADDEF......
Compilation Package Spec OKCADDEF:
ERROR 907 at line 0, column 0
cannot load library unit APPS.OKC_EXTEND_PVT (referenced by APPS.OKC_EXTEND_PUB)
