ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Service Contract sublines created by the API oks_import_subline_pub.create_subline is creating an incorrect jtot_object1_code value for site level which is "OKX_COVSITE" and so this subline will not appear in the entitlements while creating a Service Request.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Expect the subline to appear in the Entitlements while creating the Service Request for the item in the Contract
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Execute the API oks_import_subline_pub.create_subline
2) The API is creating an incorrect jtot_object1_code value for site level which is "OKX_COVSITE" which is end dated.
