UK ORA-20001:Invalid NI Category. Category Must Be H For Apprentice Employees Under 25 Age (Doc ID 2896987.1)

Problem Statement:

When attempting to hire a new employee with apprentice grades, the following error occurs in Assignment Form:

ORA-20001: Invalid NI category. Category must be H for apprentice employees under 25 years of age.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Go to UK HRMS Responsibility
Navigate to People > Create a new employee with age < 25
Go to Assignment tab > Create assignment > Add Payroll > Save > no error
In the same Assignment form > Add Grade: Apprenticeship level = Yes > Save > getting the error
