Cannot Delete/Clear The Work Order Additional Description Field Value.

Symptoms
The Work Order Additional Description field, once entered can no longer be cleared.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: As the file allows update then it should allow update to NULL as well.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Maintenance Super User
2. (N) Work Orders tab > Create/Update WO
3. Enter a value for Additional Details field and save.
4. Try to clear the field and save.
5. The field will not clear when saving.
