Observed that Email Address Field is not visible while creating the Candidate by recruiter in iRecruitment Individual Candidate page


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected that Email Address Field should be visible while creating the Candidate by recruiter in iRecruitment Individual Candidate page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to iRecruitment Recruiter

2. Navigate to Candidate Tab--> Individual

3. Click on the Create Candidate Button

4. Observed that Email Address Field is not visible
