While Posting The Vacancy For "Ex-Employee" The Error Is Showing As "The Applicant You Entered Does Not Exist In The System" (Doc ID 2897858.1)

Symptoms

While posting the vacancy for an ex-employee following error occurs

ERROR
-----------------------
The applicant you entered does not exist in the system


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to iRecruitment Home--> Candidates--> Individuals

2. Query the Candidate--> Click on the Candidate Name --> Click on Apply for Job

3. Query the Vacancy--> Select Vacancy--> Click on Next Button--> Select Ex-Employee--> Click Next--> Select Posting Source --> Next--> Assessment (No assessment) --> Next--> Application Review --> Finish

4. The above mentioned error is shown
