While Receiving PO For Multiple Lines, Records Get Submitted In RCV Interface Without Hitting Done Button (Doc ID 2897868.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
===============

The issue happens with PO having multiple lines, when user tries to receive the lines one by one (by clicking "Next Item" button) via MWA UI, after providing information for couple of lines when user hits "Cancel" button, the receiving records gets stuck in "Transaction Status Summary" and this is very strange because user has not clicked "Done" button in the whole process.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
===============
No records should be available in "Transaction Status Summary" until user clicks "Done" button in the MWA receipt form.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
================
1. Create PO with multiple lines for non-wms org
2. Connect to MSCA
3. Choose Whse Mgmt responsibility
4. Try Performing Receipt:
   Navigation: Inbound > Receive > PO > Provide PO and line details > Click "Next Item" >   Continue providing line details and clicking "Next Item" for couple of lines > Click "Cancel" button
5. Observe that some lines gets stuck  in the "Transaction Status Summary"
form (RTI table)
