Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, CLAIMS
Error while trying to update claim header or lines data. Users unable to attach accruals or update them to complete claim processing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Trade Management Responsibility --> Channel Revenue Management --> Claim
2) Query for a specific claim # XXX and try to update claim header or lines data to receive below error
oracle.jbo.domain.GenericDomainException: JBO-25028: Number.intValue Creation Error :java.sql.SQLException: Overflow Exception
